Kelly Militano
Kelly Militano co-founded LaCoop Property Group, becoming a Director and shareholder in 2015.
She co-founded the business due to her own negative experiences in the property management industry. With owning five rental properties herself and unimpressed with the level of appreciation given to her properties and lack of communication given to the her as a client, LaCoop was formed to help others who have experienced the same dissatisfaction.
Her experiences makes her more personally dedicated to not only sourcing the correct tenants for your property but also ensuring you are kept to date through every step of the process.
With a bachelor of Business Management majoring in Human resources and Employee relations, Kelly has an eye for sourcing the right tenant for the right property. She is heavily involved in the screening process to ensure beneficial results to you, her client. She prides herself on her communication skills and always works to ensure your needs are being met.
Kelly is a fully licenced Real Estate Agent.
